Prompt Text
H0r10r, sc@r1, XIBALBA, A watercolor sketch with intricate line work that provides structure to the scene. Cross hatching is used to create darkness and shadow. Translucent water paint bleeds across the pencil outlines to create an eerie feeling to the work. An Asian girl's face and torso is in the right foreground of the scene in profile. Her long straight black hair obscures part of her profile, as her head hangs down slightly as if she is deep in thought. She wears a simple, thin white blouse, and the viewer does not know whether she is feeling sadness or malevolence. A black corded telephone is in the center of the sparse room, it's receiver laying casually on the floor beside it, and a large burlap bag is behind the phone. A single background window framed with dirty green curtains shows that it is night. To the left of the window is a short bench that holds a single lamp, providing the only light to the dim room. A small stereo system is beside the lamp, representing the girl's only possessions. The scene is stark and creepy, focusing on the girl's tormented expression and the unknown contents of the bag in the background
